VIRTUAL WORK: learning to work in virtual spaces

The overall aim of VIRTUAL WORK project is to develop a continuing vocational training and skills offer pertaining to new ways of work organization required by the introduction of new communication and information technologies. The purpose is to provide know-how, methods and techniques on organization, management, development, coordination, monitoring and quality control so as to empower personnel to deal successfully with virtual work projects, teams and communities within the telework and teleservices market.

This training offer shall comprise didactic contents, methodologies, materials and tools especially adapted to distance learning through new technologies. It shall combine self-learning on-line / off-line methods.
