Virtual Work proposes a training
plan which can be developed mostly on a distance basis, using Internet
and multimedia technologies. However, in order to achieve the best possible

The theoretical content of the training plan is distributed in six modules. The first module is hosted in the "eLearning Suite" of this Web site and is open to the general public. The theoretical explanations lead to a "Virtual Test", which allows to make a personal reflection of the possibilities of making a traditional work team into a virtual work team. The remaining modules make up the multimedia CD-ROM, which can be used by each trainee individually. The contents, exercises and collaborative work tools available at the eLearning Suite of this Web site complement the contents of the CD-ROM. Both training materials are only made available to the trainees following our training plan. Although some of the materials, e.g., the multimedia CD-ROM, are ideal for self-learning, it is recommended to use them in managed and organised formal training. |
