Phase 1: Benchmarking / Identification: analysis and evaluation of the organizational difficulties of virtual work and identification of the qualification needs

Analysis of specific difficulties of work organization in the management of virtual projects and in the collaboration techniques between teams of teleworkers; identification of the training and qualification needs of the professionals and enterprises in the sector.

Phase 2: Definition of the orientations, the contents and the specifications concerning the didactic (Web and multimedia) materials and tools.

Common agreement concerning the orientations, the pedagogic approaches and techniques, the contents of the didactic materials and the specifications concerning the didactic (Web and multimedia) materials and tools that will make up the continuing training programme.

   
Phase 3. Development of the training contents and methodologies of the training product.

Experimental teletraining courses and seminars shall be organized in each of the six participating countries in order to test the correspondence between the training product and the skill needs of the collectives it is aimed at. The evaluation and comparison of the different experiences and the opinion of participants and trainers should guarantee the quality and adequacy of the final training product.

   

Phase 6: Dissemination

This Web site is also part of the disseminating activities included in the project. It shall provide visitors with information on the activities, novelties and results in the different countries participating in the project. Other disseminating actions include: brochures, releases, national seminars, forums, press releases, conferences and presentations.
