Virtual Work is presenting a mainly practical training plan: trainees and trainers make up a virtual team and test/ simulate actual working situations. This experience is performed in the "eLearning Suite" of the Web site, where trainees and trainers are granted access to collaborative work tools specially designed for Virtual Work. These tools allow the trainees to do the exercises proposed by the trainer, which help them put into practice the theoretical knowledge and methodological tools included in the self-learning multimedia CD. The collaborative work tools consist of a database for managing human resources, a shared agenda and a task-control system, as well as several forums and newsgroups which are managed by the trainers. Besides, Virtual Work also hosts pedagogical resources intended to help the trainees to further develop their knowledge: the "Books and Docs" holds specialized documents and literature as well as updated links to recommended Internet addresses.
